    At least this is a start,, and yes i know alton was mentioned first,,, ha
    Two of the Food Network's most popular cooking shows, Good Eats, hosted by Alton Brown, and 30-Minute Meals, hosted by Rachael Ray, help make cooking simple again.
    Who knows they may hook up,,,

    AB has done many things, but simplification isn't one of them.

    I love his shows and have them all on DVD, but he tends to get a little complicated at times.

    My one gripe about Food Network is the overabundance of crap shows. I watch the network in order to learn more about the art & science of cooking. These damned travel type shows do not help further that goal.

    I miss Food 911, Hot off the Grill, etc.

    Now if only Adelphia/Comcast would add the network to the basic lineup. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]
